*Limited to maximum of three items per package. (not valid for limited items, such as items that are limited per household).
*Length + width + thickness = 60 cm (permissible deviation: 2cm), provided the maximum length is 40 cm (permissible deviation: 2cm)

Accidentally closed your order? We will reopen and repack everything to fit a new box with this option.

Extra Warehouse Time

250 yen per day

If your items is very small and you made arrangement beforehand, the charges could be less. Please note that we will automatically charge you this if you do not ship out your items after the allowed 4 months time.

Picture taking

100 yen

We will take picture of your chosen items that is in our warehouse.

Detailed Translation

200~900 yen (depends on the amount of text)

We will translate the item's description in detail.

*Limited to item's description (not for translating comic books, etc).

Extra Heavy Packing

500~2000 yen (depends on the size of the package)

Usually used for fragile items such as those made of glass material.

Offline Representative

30,000~100,000 yen (depends on the location within Japan)

If you need to go to an event to obtain particular item, we are willing to represent you. Price inclusive of domestic travel cost. Please consult us at least one month before to use this service.
